Francine Migue
 CAGR Trading Instructor
Francine Migue has founded and led eight companies across multiple markets—independently and alongside her partner, Gerry Mendria. She understands the founder journey because she has lived it. A founder understands the weight because she has carried it.
She has experienced the responsibility of building companies, finding and training great people, retaining key employees, meeting payroll, managing growth, and protecting the people who depend on the business. The CAGR Program was built from that real-world operator experience—not theory.
Francine recognized that the problem was never simply investing. Most market strategies are too time-consuming, too complex, and require too much screen time to realistically fit into a founder CEO’s life. Business owners already carry the responsibility of employees, customers, growth, family, and the constant pressure of knowing that people depend on their decisions.
Francine turned to the markets as a way to create additional capital and strengthen the businesses she was building. She studied indices, currencies, futures, and multiple market strategies, searching for a practical approach that could work alongside the demanding life of a founder CEO.
Through that journey, she developed the CAGR Program—a simplified and disciplined approach designed around the realities of running a business.
The mission was never speculation. It was to create the potential for useful cash flow that could strengthen a company, support employee retention, and give founder CEOs more options as they build for the future.
